How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change:

We all have activities that we tend to avoid, whether it be in our work, relationships, health or lifestyle. Perhaps its patching things up with a loved one. Or, maybe its beginning to take care of our health and well-being. Procrastinating is not all that uncommon!  This exercise can help you to think about the areas in your life that you have delayed or avoided taking action in. Specifically, it can allow you to think about those areas and to increase motivation to begin development!
