Purpose of Exercise: Guide clients to discover and explore your signature strengths.

How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change:  Every individual has a different set of skills that they are good at.  Often times people undermine their strengths because they may not be as competent in other skills. It is important to realize those “signature strengths” and express them as they are each individual’s personal “assets”. This exercise can help your clients realize their signature strengths as well as those competencies they would like to develop on.
