How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change: When we think of “changing”, whether we are referring to behaviors, lifestyles, relationships or life goals, we often may not have a clear picture of what we truly want their life to look like. When we understand what we truly want, even if it may seem idealistic, we can better understand our motivations, passions, and purposes. This exercise is an effective and fun way to reflect on what you wish your life would look like. This can help visualizing areas to change and develop on.
