How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change: It is common for people to carry certain attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors without understanding the thoughts that are triggering them. Often times, people aren’t even aware of their negative attitude and perspectives.

This exercise is intended to help your clients understand the patterns of their thoughts and to categorize them as positive vs. negative.
