TGIF – You Owe Some Money

As the week winds down, we wind down with some tidbits for your information, education, health, and enjoyment.

Humor Break: In a courageous act to tackle the National Debt crisis, the United States Senate this week sent the following communiqué to the Office of Management and Budget: “In an effort to reduce the size of the National Debt, future financial reports on the debt should be printed using a smaller font.”

Stat of the Week: 14,290,653,000,000 – size of the US National Debt late in the day on July 12, 2011. 

Action Tip: Keep your head down.

Volunteering: Send the US Treasury $130,000, which is approximately what is owed by each taxpayer.  (Okay, just kidding.  Today’s post is all in jest!)
