Name of Exercise: WHO AM I?

Purpose of Exercise: This exercise is intended to help your clients create awareness about their strengths, weaknesses, and barriers to success.

How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change:

This exercise is best used during the first phase of coaching, where the client is becoming aware of his strengths and weaknesses. This exercise can be facilitated during your coaching sessions, so that it can allow the him or her to open up about self-perceptions. When clients understand more about “who they are”, they are better able to become motivated to implement a change process and plan.
