How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change: Getting people to change is not easy! In order to maximize change efforts and sustain results, it is important to identify and utilize a support network. This support network can consist of a coach, mentor at work, friend/family member, trusted colleague or whoever that you believe has helped you in your life. This exercise can help  identify all individuals that can help with your development efforts.
