How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change: It is natural for individuals to get caught up amongst work and life routines, that they often don’t even know how they feel. Beyond that, it is very common for people to feel stressed or uncomfortable without really reflecting upon why. In relationships, people tend to react without being aware of what emotions they are feeling. This exercise can help you coach your clients in identifying their emotions in order to become self-aware.
