Purpose of Exercise: This exercise is one of several in published research that increase subjective well-being and happiness levels by having participants focus on what makes them most successful at work or away from work.

How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change: Often times, people work hard to try to achieve their goals without believing if it is sustainable or feasible to achieve.

When individuals reflect and connect to those moments that they felt and behaved at their best, it can provide them with the confidence and self efficacy to commit to a course of action. Everyone, has a “best” version of themselves. This exercise can allow you and/or your clients to reflect and explore you at your very best.
