What’s it about? Why would anyone in North or South America, Europe and parts of the rest of the world open this Post today?
It is a day off. It may be a religious holiday for many of you. It may just be a holiday for the rest of you. But I sincerely doubt that it is a work day for most of the regular readers of this Post.
So what I am going to do is wish you all best wishes on whichever holiday best suits you from the passed Eid Al-Adha and Hanukkah, to today’s Christmas, to Kwanzaa beginning tomorrow and Eid Al-Fitr next year.
I am not so familiar with the most important holidays of other religions, but allow me to wish all the best to those of you of Baha’i, Buddhist, Hindu, Jain, Shinto, and Sikh faith. Forgive me for not being familiar with your most sacred observance days.
To those who are more driven by spirituality and high moral ground, more good wishes coming from me.
To those of you more inclined to celebrate the Football Season and good eating, then please fully (literally and figuratively)Â enjoy your holiday.
Since this is the last Wednesday post of this year, I also want to wish you all a Happy New Year. But doggone it, that’s not so simple either. December 31 isn’t the end of the year for many people … and likewise, January 1 isn’t the beginning of the New Year for everyone.
Now I am getting all confused, so enjoy the day and catch you in the year designated as 2014 by most governments!
Very nice Bill…makes me realize how much I do not know. Way to go…you enjoy your day too. In a really gracious and unthreatening way, You helped me see that I have a lot to learn. Thank you..and hope you have a terrific day.
