Purpose of Exercise: Help clients become aware of how they cope with work and life adversities.

How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change: As we encounter life’s challenges, we often aren’t aware of whether or not we are coping effectively. As a result, we may feel that overcoming challenges is more difficult than it actually is. This exercise is great tool to help you assess your level of resiliency as you cope with work/life challenges or problems. The exercise will provide you with a score that will be describe what stage of resiliency you are at what to do to become more resilient.
