Stat of the Week: Pies Steel, a human resources professor at the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business, states that 95% of the population procrastinates at times, with 20% being chronic offenders.  Here is one woman’s 7 Tips for Avoiding Procrastination (from Psychology Today and The Happiness Project).

Sorry this is a bit late, but in case you didn’t know it, the second week in March is National Procrastination Week.  They too offer some belated tips on avoiding procrastination.

Action Tip: Follow the advice of Walt Disney and “quit talking and begin doing.”  What are you waiting for???

Check It Out:  A mild dose of low self-confidence can make you successful!  Who knew???  And it has the potential to head off procrastination.  I can’t wait to pass this information on to the guy in the mirror!
