How to Administer and Use this Exercise to Facilitate Behavior Change:  As we facilitate discussions to help our clients become more aware of themselves, we as coaches seek to balance between what works for our clients and what they can further develop. This exercise is powerful in helping people think about the different areas that they are valued for and those areas that they wish to improve. It’s a great tool for self-insight and discovery.
